In the first 2 months of Ichor’s personal training, I lost 2 percentage points body fat and gained 0.5 kg of lean muscle! That’s something I was not able to do on my own. Due to my tumultuous travel schedule, I was not able to stick to any routine plan. Ichor provided the structure and guidance I needed. Thodoris adapts my program based on my schedule and my personal goals. The 3rd month my training was focused on preparing for the 16 km demanding trek of the beautiful Samaria gorge in Crete (photo). I am no longer alone; I have an ally supporting me at every step. I’m feeling better, sleeping better, and most of all I am committed and motivated. I am setting new goals.. I’m in this for the long term!
